PX-series is a pico second oscillator and amplifer system based on InnoSlab technology with following power spec with medium to high power and pulse energy:

- peak power up to 100MW
- pulse rep. rate up to 50MHz
- average power up to 400W
- wavelength 1064, 532, 355, 266nm
